Certainly, high gas prises crippled many, all over the world. I read a lot of news, and see it everywhere. We also don't know what the future holds for us consumers.

I've read about how people use their food budget just to get working days now. Some are buying motorcycles make miles 5 ride each way to work. I think they're non-bank in rain, sleet, snow or heat. It causes people to stop contributing to a 401k and IRA. Some are quiting there jobs where it doesn't make sense between the fuel and the high costs of childcare can $250.00 per child per week!

Last year I purchased from Nissan 2006 350z. I love the car but I didn't realize you had to buy higher octane fuel to keep the engine running without survivor. So when I started feeding it, the cost would be about $58.00. I can hang, but then the prices are sky rocket faster every day. Now cost me over $75.00 to fill. I'm glad I didn't decide to go eco-friendly and more choose diesel.

Can go and describe how they affect every industry, but the point of all of my ramblings, we as Americans are very unsure about what could be the answer to this problem. Presidential candidates shouting "gas tax holiday. I think this might help, but it won't be the end of all all. But may'be if we do everything we can do may add up to lower gas prices at the pump.
